Randy Quarez

I’m Randy Quarez, also known as Coach Quarez. Being a current educator, I feel it enhances my qualifications for candidacy in the Tooele County School Board District 4. With 18 years of teaching and coaching experience in the Tooele school district, along with my distinguished service in the Utah Army National Guard for over 20 years, I can offer a unique perspective and a deep commitment to both education and community service.

I have extensive tenure in education, including teaching in various capacities and locations within Utah, which

demonstrates my dedication to the field and deepens understanding of the challenges facing students today. My continued involvement in teaching, now in the Murray City School District, keeps me connected to the realities of today's educational landscape.

I want to emphasize the importance of representing the residents of my district and Tooele County while advocating for equitable education for all students. I pledge to listen, investigate, and form informed opinions before making decisions that will align with the responsibility of a school board member.

I will focus on the well-being and success of the children in the community, which underscores my commitment to providing a comprehensive educational experience that prepares all for the challenges of the future. By recognizing the ever-changing world and celebrating the achievements of each child, I coach Quarez aims to contribute to the continued growth and prosperity of Tooele County.

One of my standout qualities is my genuine commitment to listening to all perspectives and thoroughly investigating issues before making decisions. This approach ensures that the voices of constituents are heard and respected in the decision-making process.

Overall, I feel that my candidacy is rooted in a sincere desire to serve my community and contribute to the success of its students. My combination of experience, dedication, and openness to diverse viewpoints makes me a great candidate for the School Board.
